1What is an escape room?
The escape game is a real experience where the participants are in a closed room. There they have to use the available objects and work together to find clues, solve puzzles, discover missing objects in order to open the way out in the set time. In virtual reality, each player wears a headset (virtual reality goggles) that shows them a different environment than the real one. The feeling of being elsewhere as a player is very realistic. This environment is also an escape game, almost like a classic game.
2How long do the games last?
The maximum time you can play a game depends on which game you are playing. In virtual reality, it is generally shorter than in traditional escape games. In virtual reality you play escape games for about 40-60 minutes, classic escape games for about 60 minutes. Add to that some minutes for briefing, etc.
3How challenging are the games?
The games are of varying difficulty. We have a choice from easy to real challenges. Each game has a set maximum time for successful completion, and the challenges are adapted to this. All of them are solvable and have a logical essence. Virtual reality offers incredible possibilities, you can experience many situations that require creative solutions:) You don't need special talents, you just need to use your brain and act fast. But that doesn't necessarily mean that absolutely everyone will finish the game! We can help you with choosing a game in VR when you come in. We know our games well:)
4I don't play computer games. Will VR games be suitable for me?
Definitely yes. It's not about video games. It's an intuitive experience for almost everyone. If you can talk, listen, walk, and catch objects, you have all the skills you need to master games.

These experiences are not violent, they are focused on cooperation between players. Excellent for families, perfect for corporate events!
5Are games scary?
No, classic escape games and most virtual reality games aren't scary. Many games are ideal for families. However, there are some downright horror games in virtual reality.

We can always help you choose a game to keep you entertained and stress-free.
6What is the ideal number of players?
It is true - more heads, more sense. For our games we recommend to have a team of 3-4 players. Two players is the minimum and it's definitely more of a challenge. 5 players is about the (reasonable) maximum that the Jungle and Laktibrad games can absorb with respect to space and also the roles in the games. In virtual reality, most games can be played by up to 6 players together.
7Do I need to wear anything special to the game?
No. Take as few things and accessories as possible so you can move around comfortably. We recommend playing most virtual reality games barefoot, standing on softer mats that give you excellent boundaries to your gaming space.
8Do the games have an age limit?
The games are designed for families, friends and great for team building. In classic escape games, the youngest players may not solve the puzzles, but they can participate in "doing" them and will also have a nice game experience. However, some virtual reality games have age restrictions. For VR, an age of at least 10 is recommended and it would be advisable (not essential) to include a player aged at least 15 as part of the group. In JUNGLE-JUMANJI and LAKTIBRADA games, at least one adult must be on the team.
9What is the age availability for virtual reality gaming?
Most virtual reality headset manufacturers recommend its use for people over the age of 12. Virtual reality for younger gamers is also highly discouraged due to the size and weight of the headset. Based on experience - virtual reality for about an hour will be fine for most children 8+ and they will enjoy it. The use of VR for young children is really questionable, the size of the headset, the impact of virtual reality on the eyes and overall perception should be taken into account. The child needs to "function" independently in virtual reality. They also need to be supervised at all times, because it is not good if they suddenly pull an expensive headset off their head, for example, because they are scared. Parents in particular need to consider whether their child is competent to function in virtual reality.
10Can I get nauseous in virtual reality?
You don't have to worry. All games are designed so that players don't get motion sickness. All of our game developers do their best to eliminate unwanted conditions, and escape games in VR are designed to make kinetosis as unlikely as possible. Fewer than 1% of our players experience any problems.

If you are more sensitive and if you do have any problems while playing, please contact the operator.
11I have a virtual reality headset at home. Why should I come to you?
Virtual reality is just a means to realise the experience. All the games you can play with us are specially created for entertainment centres like ours. We have licenses to operate them. They cannot be purchased (e.g. via Steam). Also, most games can be played in virtual reality by up to six of you together. In the game, you see, hear, and work together. Grab a bunch and come for the experience. You don't have to take turns in virtual reality, you'll all be there together:)
12What if we can't make it to the booked time?
Anything can happen. If for any reason you cannot come, please call us as soon as possible to cancel your reservation. Especially at the busiest times there is quite a bit of interest in the games, so make sure you use the dates.
13Will playing be safe, can anything happen to us?
A Gamemaster accompanies you throughout the adventure, so there's always a real-world contact person nearby. Before the game, you'll receive a short introductory briefing on virtual reality gameplay and how to use the VR devices. The gameplay itself is easy and comfortable, there is nothing to learn.

Classic escape games are played in closed rooms, but you are not actually locked mechanically, only by a magnetic lock that can be released instantly. In the event of a power outage, all doors open immediately. You are not locked at all in Lactibrada's game, Lactibrada does not have a lock on her lair:)
14Can I also pay by credit card?
Yeah.
